We are pleased to inform you that your booking is now confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 8 Weeks or more prior to arrival date – FULL REFUND (less deposit)
  • 4 Weeks or less prior to arrival – NO REFUND

Deposits are non-refundable. 50% balance payment to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Getting to the Lake

Directions to the lake upon arrival to Towcester Racecourse. Follow the track down to the lake and park outside of the otter fence in the allocated parking area. Please make sure you close the gate behind you.

Lake Rules

Please ensure that all guests read and agree to our lake rules prior to arriving at Towcester Lakes.

  • Lake rental is for 36 or 70 hours slots
  • Check in & Check out times must be adhered to
  • Maximum of 4 anglers per booking (non angling guests allowed upon request)
  • 1-2 Anglers maximum 3 rods per angler
  • 3-4 Anglers maximum 2 rods per angler
  • Must have a valid rod license
  • Micro-barbed hooks only
  • No bait boats
  • All rubbish to be taken home
  • Boilie & pellet only (no nuts or particle)
  • No leaders (tubing only)
  • No braided mainline
  • No retaining fish
  • No wading or swimming
  • No dogs
  • Please park in allocated car park next to the lake
